I have been ordering from rainbow shops.com for a about 4 years now I have had many problems in the past but continued to order because I do like the clothes they have if you choose the right pieces not all of their clothing is good quality. About 6 months ago I placed an order online and it never came when I contacted customer care I was told that I would receive a call back and the call never came I was really busy and life so I just kind of gave up and let them steal for me. About 3 weeks ago I placed 2 orders on their online website and I still have not received them. Today is August 2nd 2020 my items were supposed to be delivered July 21st 2020. I contacted customer care 2 days after my order was supposed to arrive because I knew they would argue with me to wait a few more days. It was a Thursday when I contacted customer care and she told me that I should have my items by Friday and if I haven't received them Friday that I should give them a call back she also said that I would hear from someone from customer care by Friday which I knew was a lie because I've heard that before. It's now Sunday and I've been calling them since Friday with no answer because no one is picking up I guess it's because of the Corona virus. Finally I get a call back today after requesting one through their automated system and I will tell you each and every rainbow customer care representative is rude this is not my 1st time speaking with these people and it's not the same person it's a different person each time they are all rude. And on top of everything else, I'm getting a new story to day that That what I was told on Thursday was not true it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a call back in I asked to speak to a supervisor she sold me that I would have to receive a call back from the supervisor in that would take 24 to 72 hours. They make you jump through so many holes to get A refund so you will just give up and I have done that before but I'm getting my money back this time and I will never shop with them again

I've received no merchandise, and when I email get a generic response that answers nothing and is not helpful. Reporting to credit card company as scam.

I love the plus size collection

I love the plus size collection. I would love to see black plus size denim skirts. Since losing 30 plus pounds, Rainbow is my go to online store!!

Shipping is to much

Shipping is to much. I used a coupon/code just for it to be more than what it was going to be. It was also very unpleasant to use the website because it stopped working. And I tried on different devices for awhile and it wouldn’t work.

Did not receive any notification, items or apology

I have been looking for a site to complain to besides the company so that customers can see this company does not solve any of your problems. On April 10th 2021 I placed an order for 12 dresses totaling $115.41 I never received anything saying when my dresses were arriving so on April 23rd 2021 I happen to look on the email order receipt because I thought that it was strange that I have not received anything, no email, no text, anything telling me about my order. So I looked at the one email that I received when I ordered the dresses and it said that my dresses had been delivered a week prior on April 16th 2021. Needless to say I was very upset. I had not received any notifications about the delivery. I do not blame rainbow 100% because they did not steal my dresses but I do blame them because if I had been notified I could have been looking out for the package, now I am out $115.41 and I have no dresses and I am very upset. I filed a complaint with Rainbow shops and they said that they are going to get back to me in 4 days. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any correspondence about the case, BUT they send advertisements about new clothing though. But no apology no anything. DO NOT buy from Rainbow shops online because they will not resolve your issue if you have one. At the lease, Rainbow Shops could have issued an apology. Hopefully one day will get it together & take a note from Amazon who let's you know when they're going to deliver your package. I only gave 1 * because I had to... I would have given them no stars if I could have.

This company is a scam l never received…

This company is a scam l never received nothing until l called today ????. It's sad unprofessional treatment changing address l have screenshot of address l entered..
You will never take my money again oder 3 weeks ago no Emil received until l called In today.. They claim order was coming today never arrived. SCAM YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN CHEAP COMPANY. Boycotting

Dissatisfied first time purchaser

Ordered 5 pairs of sandals March 26, 2021. Still waiting for my shipment. Have reached out to customer service several times asking for assistance. No response. I’ve been charged for this order, but no product as promised, no assistance and no way of requesting refund.

No, they do not. A lot of their clothes are made in China, so you have to go a size or two up.

I have found that the shoes do run true to size. I have never had an issue with shoes at Rainbow.

No. I have found through my own experience that some of the clothes, especially plus size tops, are not true to size. I have to go up a size or two.

Rainbow is quite slow at fulfilling orders. I have had to wait up to a month before receiving my order.
